From the 29th of September 2020 NORVentures AB has entered as partner in
TheDearGroup with a 25% equity share – thereby becoming the primary capital
partner to finance the growth and expansion of TheDearGroup’s activities and
TheDearGroup develops new category winners within the food and beverage
industry exploiting and combining online direct sales opportunities, value for money
propositions and sustainability leadership.
The first product lines will enter into the categories of wine, spring water, ice-tea and
“TheDearGroup is a gold nugget, as we see it”, says NORVentures CLO, Lisbeth
Bak, and continues: “We believe that the company has a great vision on how to
disrupt and potentially revolutionize the food and beverage industry, and all the right
competences to materialize it”.
NORVentures is an investment company active in the areas of scalable technology
with proven business models, debt funding, leisure and recreation property projects.

TheDearGroup will be commercially active launching DearWineMaker in January
2021 – with a unique digital interface and doorstep delivery of signature wines from
real wine makers, in the most sustainable way.
DearWineMaker will be among the most digitalized and data driven wine sellers in
the world. And an end-to-end e-commerce “plug-in” for the winemakers, allowing
them to benefit from both DearWineMaker’s own sales platforms and 3rd party
marketplaces, e.g. through dedicated brand stores on Amazon.
First launch market is Scandinavia, whereafter scaling to other European markets will
follow, before entering other regions. The second product line will be launched in July
